Alares has over 20 years experience designing and installing
energy conservation measures with specific expertise with
automatic energy control systems; HVAC systems; lighting
fixtures; and energy recovery systems. In the performance of
these services, ALARES relies on its existing resources,
including LEED and CEM certified professionals, Certified
Geothermal Designer (CGD), certified geothermal HVAC and
heat pump installers, certified retro-commissioners and other
staff with the relevant experience in the application of Energy
Conservation Measures (ECMs). Also, we can perform energy
modeling simulations using the eQUEST® /DOE2.2 program
for evaluating proposed design building energy use and
comparison with baseline ASHRAE-90.1 model.
