Our capabilities include a wide range of projects from tenant fit-outs to installation of mechanical
systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Our staff consists of licensed construction
supervisors, construction managers, HVAC installers and laborers. The types of activities that we

• Louver Replacement for Jamaica Plain VA
• Installation of Geothermal Heating and Cooling System for Air National Guard
• Installation of Water Cooling System for the US Fish and Wildlife Service
Alares ensures the quality of its work through a comprehensive internal QA/QC program. In addition,
Alares has in place a detailed Construction Safety Program.
One of our areas of expertise is providing design/build services. Our expertise in design and
construction will ensure a properly designed, competitively priced project. We have a specific specialty
expertise in the design and installation of geothermal systems. One of our recent projects included
the design and installation of a geothermal heating and cooling system for the Connecticut Air
National Guard. Alares won an energy award from the Association of Energy Engineers for this project.
